Bruce D. Katz is a Partner in the firm’s Residential Real Estate Department. Bruce has gained his excellent reputation in the real estate community through both his uncanny knowledge of the New York real estate market and by having an encyclopedic knowledge of most buildings throughout Manhattan. Over the years, he has established relationships with many of NYC's most notable real estate professionals. Clients and brokers alike appreciate his responsiveness and accessibility to them and their needs. He strives to treat each client retained by the firm and broker on the deal, with the utmost personal attention and care. He and Steven Matz are the very proud parents of two grown daughters.
Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Bruce was the Founder and Managing Partner of renowned residential real estate law firm, Katz & Matz, P.C. which merged with Romer Debbas LLP.
