Jonathan Helfer is a Partner in the firm and co-manages the Residential Real Estate Department. Jonathan has handled and supervised thousands of transactions, from the most basic to the most complex residential and commercial deals. Clients and brokers know that when they work with Jonathan they are working with someone who not only is extremely knowledgeable and professional, but also with someone who truly cares and wants the experience to be a positive one. He is well known and liked by his peers in the real estate community and speaks often at numerous brokerage offices as well as continuing education classes. He and his wife, Erica, are parents of two wonderful sons and reside in Manhattan.
