This summer, Romer Debbas, LLP closed its largest residential deal in the firm’s history. The $50 Million Condo purchase transaction was a one-of-a-kind, 10,000-square-foot, off-market penthouse triplex in Soho. Due to the nature of the transaction, the contract had to be executed in a matter of days, which required late-night negotiations and due diligence review, resulting in a successful execution, with our client meeting the required deadline. Not only was this Romer Debbas’ largest transaction but it is also reported to be one of, if not the, most expensive transaction in Soho History. We hope to see the market continue to experience record-breaking transactions, such as these.
