In December 2018, we represented a purchaser of a condominium unit at 520 Park Avenue for $17,000,000.00.    The client was concerned with anonymity in making the purchaser and we were able to structure their ownership with utilizing multiple entity layers resulting in their names not being published; while still complying with the U.S. Treasury disclosure requirements.   This transaction was handled by Pierre E.
