Stephen W. Allen is a Partner in the firm and co-manages the Residential Real Estate Department. Practicing law in the field of real estate for over 20 years, Steve provides his invaluable experience to best represent his clients in whatever transaction they find themselves in. The process of buying or selling real estate in New York can be daunting. Steve uses the skills and knowledge he has developed over the years to navigate his clients to their desired result and makes every effort to ensure their needs are met. His goal in all transactions is to put his clients at ease and make the process as stress free as possible. He is licensed in New York and Connecticut. He is also certified by New York Department of State to teach continuing education courses to residential real estate agents and does so with frequency.
When not in the office, Steve can assuredly be found cheering for his beloved Buffalo Bills (likely losing) from his home in Connecticut, with his wife, Amy, and son, Emmet.
