Stacie Bryce Feldman, Esq.

Stacie Bryce Feldman is a partner with the Litigation Team at Romer Debbas, LLP. Stacie represents residential and commercial landlords and developers on multiple issues and in multiple forums including the Civil Court of the City of New York, the Supreme Court of the State of New York, the Appellate Term, First Department, the Appellate Division First and Second Departments, the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal (DHCR), and the Office of Trials and Administrative Proceeding (OATH). Her practice focuses on complex real estate litigation related to rent regulatory issues, due diligence, J-51 class action suits, commercial lease disputes, commercial contract disputes, Article 78 Proceedings, and complex landlord/tenant issues. She also has experience negotiating and drafting commercial real estate purchase/sale agreements, commercial leases and residential rent regulated, coop and condo leases. Recently, Ms. Feldman had the dubious honor of providing comments on proposed legislation in the landlord tenant field pertaining to the impacts of COVID-19 prior to its enactment.

Stacie’s client base runs the gamut, ranging from major residential and commercial developers to small owners and both commercial and residential tenants. Ms. Feldman takes a pragmatic and strategic approach to working with clients and resolving disputes, recognizing that thinking outside of the box and reasonable compromise, balanced against her clients’ objectives, are valuable skills in garnering the desired result. In implementing this approach, Stacie has achieved successful results for her clients when negotiating with adversaries, government officials, elected officials and tenant groups, and when arguing before the Courts.

Ms. Feldman received her bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Stonybrook, where she was bestowed the honor of being inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Society. She received her J.D. from Cardozo Law School. Ms. Feldman is a member of the Bar of the State of New York and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
