Seth I. Feldman, Esq. is a Partner in the firm and Manager of the Co-op/Condo Governance Department. Seth represents a wide variety of Co-op and Condo Boards throughout New York City as well as countless buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate. Seth also represents commercial landlords and tenants in the negotiation of commercial leases. Clients, brokers, property managers, and lenders alike know Seth to be responsive, thorough, and amiable.

Seth is also a passionate supporter of the arts with a love for theater, especially Shakespeare. Seth and his wife Meg live in New Jersey with their two sons and a fluffy dog.
