Nicole Malen is an associate in the firm’s residential real estate department and supports the firm’s active transactional real estate practice. Nicole specializes in assisting buyers, sellers and lending institutions involved in residential real estate transactions.

During law school, Nicole served as an extern in our agency lending and affordable housing practice and became an invaluable member of the team. Nicole also received valuable residential real estate experience at a boutique real estate law firm as well as a real estate brokerage.  She is well versed with respect to the due diligence conducted on residential real estate transactions including review of offering plans, financial statements, co-op/condo board minutes.
