Kyle E. Scheiner is a Partner in the firm’s Residential Banking Department. Kyle has vast experience in representing different types of lenders in all phases of purchases and refinances. He specializes in residential and construction-lender representation on behalf of numerous institutional and non-traditional lenders. Kyle has closed many types of conventional and non-conventional loans including New York CEMAs, business purpose loans, government sponsored programs (VA and FHA), REO foreclosures, short-sales and reverse mortgages. Beginning his career in the title industry, Kyle also has experience in title clearance and strives to ensure quality and responsiveness throughout the entire transaction.
When not in the office Kyle enjoys rooting for his beloved New York Islanders and is an avid golfer. He is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut.
