Jennifer is an associate in the firm’s litigation department, working under the esteemed supervision of partner Steven Kirkpatrick. Jennifer is actively involved in the firm’s litigation practice, including the handling of landlord-tenant matters, title claim defense, and cooperative and condominium disputes and claims. Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer honed her skills as a litigation associate at a boutique litigation firm in Long Island.

During her time in law school, Jennifer interned for our firm’s residential department, where she gained practical insights into the intricacies of real estate transactions. She also interned for several other firms specializing in various real estate matters and estate work. Jennifer was awarded the Samuel Kirschenbaum Prize and a CALI Excellence for the Future Award for achieving the highest-ranking grade in her class in the real estate practice course at Brooklyn Law School.
