Guy Arad is a partner of the firm and manager of the firm’s commercial real estate department. Since 1997, Guy’s practice has focused on commercial and residential real estate.

Guy has been counted on by numerous real estate developers, owners, tenants, lenders, mortgage brokers, real estate agents, management companies, condominiums, cooperatives (including HDFCs), homeowners and entrepreneurs of various businesses to provide guidance and handle their transactional real estate needs. From the acquisition and disposition of mixed-use, multi-family, office, hotel, warehouse/industrial and residential properties, to sales and purchases of mortgage loans, to drafting and negotiating of office, retail and ground leases, to representing some of the largest lending institutions in the United States in construction and other mortgage loans, he has successfully completed thousands of commercial and residential real estate transactions since his entrance into the practice of law.
