Darian Salazar is an associate supporting the firm’s transactional real estate and real estate litigation departments.  Darian specializes in residential and commercial purchase/sale and leasing transactions, including office & retail leasing, access and license agreements as well as AIA contracts.   He is well deserved in transactional due diligence and real estate finance matters.

On the litigation front, Darian supports the firm's litigation department via legal research, court appearances and document drafting in connection with real estate and commercial litigation matters.
