Christina Nguyen, Esq.

Christina M. Nguyen, Esq. joined the commercial real estate department’s agency lending practice in March 2019. Christina’s practice focuses on representing agency and institutional lenders on commercial real estate finance transactions across the United States. Christina graduated from St. John’s University School of Law in June of 2016. She began her legal career as a Dean’s Fellow for the St. John’s University School of Law Securities Arbitration Clinic. In March 2017, she worked for Morgan Stanley in New York as a compliance analyst furthering her knowledge in the Financial Industry. Recently, she worked for Weber Dowd Law in New Jersey focusing on commercial real estate acquisitions, landlord tenant disputes, government law specifically with municipalities, and civil litigation.

Perhaps Christina’s distinguishing feature as an attorney is her advocacy. She has been an advocate for clients and an advocate for the Asian American community. She’s been involved in her alma mater’s Asian Pacific American Law Students Association as a member, Alumni Relations Coordinator, and Vice-President. She’s also been involved in the Asian American Bar Association of New York as a legal intern, volunteer, and co-chairs of the Student Outreach and Career Placement Committees. Lastly, she’s been involved with the Korean American Lawyers Association of Greater New York as a member, Gala committee member and chair, and social media coordinator.
