Senior Associate
Catherine M. Azevedo is a senior associate in the firm’s Agency Lending & Affordable Housing Department led by partner Carmen Pagan.
Catherine primarily focuses on representing commercial lenders, seller/servicers and other financial institutions in the financing of multifamily properties through the Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting & Servicing product line and the Freddie Mac Seller-Servicer program, with an emphasis on affordable housing.
Catherine specializes in commercial real estate finance and has worked in-house with top financial institutions including agency lenders and a global wealth management firm. She is well versed in due diligence review and has successfully facilitated countless closings.
In addition to commercial real estate, Catherine has experience in corporate finance in connection with small business lending and has closed numerous loans in conformance with the U.S. Small Business Administration.
Catherine is fluent in Spanish and Tagalog.
