Brett Gossett is an associate in the firm’s litigation department under the supervision of partners Steven Kirkpatrick and Emil Samman. Brett is actively involved in the firm's litigation practice where he primarily focuses on real estate litigation, commercial litigation, landlord-tenant matters, title claims defense, and cooperative and condominium disputes and claims.

Prior to joining the firm, Brett was an associate at a litigation firm in New York.
