Alison Snyder is an associate in the firm’s residential real estate department and supports the firm’s active transactional real estate practice. Alison specializes in assisting buyers, sellers and lending institutions involved in residential real estate transactions.

Alison is well versed with respect to the due diligence conducted on residential real estate transactions including review of offering plans, financial statements, co-op/condo board minutes. At her prior law firms, Alison obtained valuable experience in residential real estate transactions, co-op/condo board representation and litigation.
