From the acquisition and disposition of mixed-use, multi-family, office, hotel, warehouse/industrial and residential properties, to sales and purchases of mortgage loans, to drafting and negotiating of office, retail and ground leases, to representing some of the largest lending institutions in the United States in construction and other mortgage loans, he has successfully completed thousands of commercial and residential real estate transactions since his entrance into the practice of law.
