Michael R. Feldman, Esq. is a partner and co-manager in the firm’s residential real estate department. Michael concentrates his practice on representing buyers, sellers and lending institutions in residential and commercial real estate transactions. Michael graduated Phi Beta Kappa from University of Wisconsin-Madison and was further recognized for academic excellence by being inducted into the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and the Golden Key International Honour Society. He later attended Seton Hall University School of Law located in Newark, New Jersey.  After graduating, Michael focused his practice on civil litigation and criminal defense as an associate for highly regarded New Jersey based practitioners.

In 2010, he came to New York to focus his practice on transactional real estate.  He is involved in all aspects of the firm’s transactional real estate practice and  is well versed in the areas of contract negotiation and due diligence.

Since 2017, Michael has been named in the Rising Stars section of Super Lawyers. Rising Stars lists the top 2.5% of lawyers under the age of 40 in their practice area.
